Environmental Impact

In projects of a high environmentally sensitive nature, an environmental impact assessment, as required by law, functions as a precautionary environmental protection instrument. The EIA is carried out with the help of investigations, studies and assessments.

We advise on the legal necessity of an environmental impact assessment, and carry out as appropriate preliminary studies (screening in German law according to § 3 UVPG). We put together study documents as required for the planning permission:
