  • the creation of GIS databanks showing development potential through the identification of development gaps and brownfield sites, and including data such as site type
  • property owner analysis and contact details and carrying out the ongoing updating and maintenance
    of the GIS map

 

Baader Konzept has been commissioned by over 20 cities and districts, with populations typically between 2,000 to 100,000 inhabitants, to compile development potential and brownfield site maps to be used as the basis for municipal land use management.
